Romania's top oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] said on Wednesday that it has invested 21 million euro ($25 million) since 2018 to increase the bio-blending capacity and improve infrastructure for transport, unloading and storage of bio-components within Petrobrazi refinery.
