Mercedes-Benz, Andritz to offer battery systems for hydro plants - Renewables Now

The energy subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG will be supplying automotive lithium-ion energy storage systems for use in hydropower plants (HPPs) as part of a new cooperation agreement with Austrian plant engineer Andritz AG (VIE:ANDR).
