Norwegian farmed salmon biomass up 8% in 2020 – IntraFish

Norway held 840,000 metric tons of farmed salmon in sites across the country in December, up 8 percent year-on-year, according to Norwegian Seafood Federation statistics. However, the biomass of trout in the sea decreased 15 percent year-on-year to 38,000 metric tons.
