Renewable energy dominated new U.S. generating capacity – PV Magazine

Renewable energy sources, including solar, wind, geothermal, hydropower, and biomass, dominated new electrical generating capacity additions in the first two-thirds of 2021, accounting for an 86.5% share, reports the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
